When will the conference take place? Where is it being held?
The conference will take place from July 11th to 14th, 2023, at the PUC-Rio | Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro campus, with some (preliminary) events possibly taking place at the Coppe-UFRJ | Federal University of Rio de Janeiro campus.
What mode of attendance is available for ServDes.2023?
The ServDes.2023 will be delivered in person in Rio de Janeiro.
The meeting will be held in English without translation.
What measures are being taken with regards to COVID-19?
We are organizing the conference following all international Covid-19 transmission risk mitigation protocols. All campus attendees are expected to have their full vaccination certificate.
How do I register? What is included in the registration?
You can register via our registration system (not available yet) on the Registration page. Registration for the conference includes access to all ServDes.2023 activities, lunch, and coffee breaks.
Where can I access the program for the ServDes.2023 conference?
You can see the program overview on the Conference Program page. The detailed program will be available approximately three to two months before the event's first day.
I am a student, can I volunteer for the conference?
If you are interested in volunteering, don't hesitate to get in touch with volunteer@servdes2023.org to register your interest and complete an application. If you are accepted, you will receive a conference fee waiver.
