Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the ServDes.2023 Conference constitutes and agreement by the registrant to allow ServDes.2023 to use and distribute the registrant’s photographic images on the ServDes.2023 website, in promotional materials (e.g., emails), and in ServDes.2023 newsletters and social media. When using photographs taken at the Conference for marketing/promotional purposes, ServDes.2023 Organization does not identify attendees or their affiliation.

Cancellation Policy

We realize that sometimes circumstances may require a registrant to cancel their plans to attend. We are happy to refund registration fees paid, less an administrative fee if notice of cancellation is provided to us in writing on or before 5:00 PM Brasília Time (UTC-3:00), Friday, June 9, 2023. We sincerely regret that we are not able to refund any portion of registration fees paid after this date because we are obligated to provide certain guarantees to our suppliers and must order conference-related supplies in advance based on the anticipated number of registrants.

Registrations are transferable through June 9, 2023, upon written request to the ServDes.2023 Conference Registration Office: registration@servdes2023.org
